In a fun-filled hour, you will be reminded of the study skills you were taught in high school, and you may learn a few new study techniques. Knowing the material for a test is necessary but not sufficient to perform well on a test, especially if your professor asks difficult questions. To perform at your optimal level, you have to have good test-taking skills. This program will teach you how to take different types of tests– including multiple choice, short answer, essay, true/false, and math tests. In addition, websites that will help you to improve your test-taking skills will be provided. This workshop is repeated on March 15; plan to attend only one of the sessions.
