Inclement Weather

The decision about delays, cancellations or postponements of workshops will be made no later than 6 am the morning of the workshop unless unexpected weather developments dictate otherwise. For updated information about the workshop status, a message will be left on voice mails below:

Program Cancellation

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or for other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled, the University will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any costs, charges or expenses.

Refunds

A full refund will be made only if notice of cancellation is received two business days prior to the workshop. A 50% refund will be made during the two-day period. There are no refunds the day of the workshop. To cancel your registration, mail, fax, or e-mail a written notice to Brenda Firestone at the
address or numbers listed on the registration form.

Refreshments/Meals

To offer you economical registration fees as well as follow policies of the facility and University regarding food services, we do not supply refreshments or meals at our workshops. Ample time has been provided in the agenda for a noon meal.
