    Penn State Harrisburg swim instructor Holly Mckenna will hold the third annual Swim-a-THON on January 29 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the college’s Capital Union Building aquatics center.

  • Three nominated for PennACE Student of the Year Intern award

    Three Penn State Harrisburg students were nominated for the PennACE JoAnne Day Student of the Year Intern award. 

    With the award, PennACE recognizes the achievements and contributions made by undergraduate students enrolled at member institutions who have completed an internship or co-op assignment.  The award honors a career development professional in four categories, including:

  • Pierce to discuss politicizing the arts and crafts movement

    Dr. Heidi Pierce, instructor in English composition in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Humanities, will present “Politicizing the Arts and Crafts Movement: Mary De Morgan’s ‘Bread of Discontent’” on Wednesday, January 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Olmsted Building Gallery Lounge on campus.
